Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

After review, we may offer:
• Replacement of the product
• Refund (if applicable)

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.
